Code map
The code, as a city.
Every block is one file of siteBits. You can see where the work is, where it gets tangled and what changes often, before reading a single line.

How to read it
- Area
- Lines of code without comments and blank lines (rloc).
- Height
- Complexity: how many paths run through the code.
- Colour
- How often a file changed between public releases: cobalt rarely, light periwinkle sometimes, white often.
The preview uses the colours of this page. The interactive map shows the original CodeCharta colours: green rarely, yellow sometimes, red often.
What the map does not show: quality, test coverage or correctness. A tall, often changed block is a place to look at, not a verdict.
Where the map comes from
Generated from the public source code exactly as published for this release, never from internal working copies.
No author names: the map counts changes, not people.
The analysis runs offline in a container with a fixed version, and the map passes the same check for forbidden terms as every published release.
The viewer is CodeCharta by MaibornWolff (BSD-3-Clause), hosted here on our own server. Nothing is loaded from elsewhere.
